  • WHY isn't anyone talking about the FACT that ALL ELECTED CONGRESSIONAL MEMBERS WILL CONTINUE TO GET PAID, while troops in harms' way will NOT??!! The gop should be ashamed- at least the dems passed a bill denying congressional pay in the case of a shutdown. The gop opposed it unanimously.

  • Anytime we refer to an opponent as "they", we are showing prejudice- not all people of any group think or act exactly the same, except the GOP. Read Federalist Papers- written by the writers of the constitution to use as selling points for ratification.
